Spectrum View™ to Interview Attorney Howard Klebanoff for Series of Webcasts
HARTFORD, CT - Attorney Howard Klebanoff has agreed to be a guest on Spectrum View™. Attorney Klebanoff’s practice is dedicated to special education and disability law and the educational rights of children.
