Skill Building Buddies™ Is Proud To Recognize World Autism Awareness Day April 2, 2009.

BRISTOL, CT–Around the globe, as efforts to create programs that help families with children who have autism continue, Skill Building Buddies maintains its own commitment by funding free access to social stories through video, on-demand. This unique programming enhances the lives of thousands of children and provides an easy to use solution for children who encounter everyday tasks and are challenged by them. Live action and animation combine to narrate both the problem and possible solutions allowing families and professionals to explore and apply appropriately modeled skills for social frustrations before they happen.

Skill Building Buddies™ (www.skillbuildingbuddies.com) maintains the highest level of commitment to the autism community around the globe by providing content at no charge to the client. The understanding that free and equal access to information is inherent in our delivery system and in our pledge to help as many people as we can who are touched by this difficult spectrum disorder.

Skill Building Buddies™ is excited to be a part of the world wide, raised levels of awareness about autism and will continues to strive to provide quality services to all families.

While there is no cure for autism, we maintain that through early and regular social modeling, children with autism can learn to use skills will allow them to integrate into the world around them.
