BRISTOL, CT—According to Cyndi Simms, parents with an autistic child face unique stresses every day. Cyndi is a mom of a child with autism spectrum disorder and host of the Spectrum View internet talk show.

In the first four episodes, Cyndi talks with Alicia Davis, a holistic life coach, to discover simple strategies people can use every day to help manage their stress. Alicia is an Empowerment Teacher who provides consulting and holistic education services in the Corporate, Healthcare and Non-Profit fields. She specializes in working with individuals and teams going stressful situations.

“After taping the shows with Alicia, I started to incorporate her stress management strategies—they’re very doable and very effective”, says Cyndi. “I can’t wait for our viewers to learn what I learned from Alicia. The technique really work”.
